The University of Alberta Human Resource Management Association empowers students to explore the human side of business. Through professional development, mentorship, and real-world experiences, we help students of all majors build meaningful careers in HR and make lasting impact in organizations and communities.
Our Vision
To create a vibrant and inclusive community that empowers students to explore and excel in the field of Human Resources. We strive to bridge the gap between classroom learning and professional practice by fostering meaningful connections between students, faculty, and industry leaders. Through mentorship, interactive seminars, networking events, and our Case Competition, we aim to support career development, inspire leadership, and provide opportunities to build the knowledge and skills needed to make a lasting impact in the workplace.
