I used to be the kind of person who thought "networking" was just a fancy word for forced small talk. But as I slowly transitioned from being a lone wolf to someone who actually enjoys connecting with people, I realized HR isn’t just about policies and paperwork—it’s about understanding what makes people tick. So, when I heard about UAHRMA, I thought, why not dive in and see what happens? Now, I’m all about those team dynamics, leadership insights, and yes, even the occasional icebreaker game! I’m pumped to be part of an association that’s all about turning ideas into action and connections into opportunities. UAHRMA is going to be my playground for blending innovation, learning, and a dash of adventure.
